Large corporates must issue structured e‑invoices and report key data, while all VAT‑registered businesses must be technically capable of receiving structured e‑invoices.
A business that is VAT‑registered in Ireland, has its VAT affairs managed by Revenue’s Large Corporates Division, and is established in Ireland or has a fixed establishment in the State.
